Arlington Citizens Police Academy

All Arlington residents are eligible to attend, at no cost, the Arlington Citizens Police Academy.  The Academy is an 11-week course held on Mondays, 7-10 pm, and instructed by APD police officers and supervisors working in the areas covered such as SWAT, Criminal Investigation, CSI, Traffic, K-9, and the Aviation Unit (drones). Each week’s presentation provides participants with a unique, behind-the scenes look into how the police operate internally and how they protect all citizens of Arlington.
